No prorated refunds are issued for mid-cycle cancellations.
3. Refund Policy
Refunds are only issued in the following cases:

Duplicate Payment – If you are charged twice for the same subscription due to a technical error.

Service Unavailability – If Telewapp services remain inaccessible for more than 72 consecutive hours (excluding scheduled maintenance).

Refund Guarantee (if applicable) – If a refund guarantee is explicitly mentioned in your subscription offer or promotional plan.
Non-Refundable Cases:

Change of mind or discontinuation of use.

Failure to use the service due to customer-side issues (e.g., wrong API setup, third-party restrictions, or policy violations).

4. Requesting a Refund
