1. Subscription & Payments

  • Telewapp services are billed on a subscription basis (monthly/annually, depending on your plan).

  • Payments are processed securely through our authorized payment gateway.

  • All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in this policy.


2. Cancellation Policy

  • You may cancel your subscription at any time from your Telewapp dashboard or by contacting our support team.

  • Cancellation will stop the auto-renewal of your plan. You will continue to have access to the service until the end of your current billing cycle.

  • No prorated refunds are issued for mid-cycle cancellations.


3. Refund Policy

Refunds are only issued in the following cases:

  1. Duplicate Payment – If you are charged twice for the same subscription due to a technical error.

  2. Service Unavailability – If Telewapp services remain inaccessible for more than 72 consecutive hours (excluding scheduled maintenance).

  3. Refund Guarantee (if applicable) – If a refund guarantee is explicitly mentioned in your subscription offer or promotional plan.

Non-Refundable Cases:

  • Change of mind or discontinuation of use.

  • Failure to use the service due to customer-side issues (e.g., wrong API setup, third-party restrictions, or policy violations).

  • Partial usage of subscription services.


4. Requesting a Refund

5. Trial Periods & Promotions

  • If Telewapp offers a free trial, you will not be charged until the trial period ends.
